We collect only essential information required to verify land titles and facilitate direct buyer-seller interactions:

• Personal Contact Data: Full Name, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address, and WhatsApp ID.
• Land & Listing Information: Property Title, Patta / Chitta details, Survey Numbers, Soil Type, Road Width, Water Source, Asking Price, and Photographs/Videos.
• Geo-Location & GPS Coordinates: Latitude and longitude coordinates collected with your permission to allow GPS turn-by-turn navigation and proximity searches.
• Transactional Metadata: Order IDs, Subscription Plan details, contact unlock history, and invoice records.

3. Payment Processing & Financial Data Security

We DO NOT store, capture, or have access to your sensitive financial credentials including Credit/Debit card numbers, CVV, Net Banking passwords, or UPI PINs. All payment transactions are executed securely inside the gateway's tokenized environment.

4. Zero Third-Party Selling Policy

We uphold a strict Zero Third-Party Data Selling Policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize client personal information or phone numbers to external marketing agencies, telemarketers, or loan providers. Personal contact numbers are revealed strictly between verified buyers and sellers upon authorized unlock actions.

5. Strict Policy Against Violence, Harassment & Illegal Conduct

3S Property maintains an uncompromising commitment to ethical real estate practices, peaceful negotiations, and lawful marketplace operations.

• Zero Tolerance for Violence & Abuse: Any threats of violence, intimidation, abusive language, extortion, harassment, or defamatory speech on our platform or toward property owners will result in immediate termination of the account and referral to law enforcement authorities.
• Anti-Land Grabbing & Title Fraud: Listing properties under dispute, encroached lands, unapproved sub-divisions, or fraudulent documents is strictly forbidden. All listings are subject to Patta lineage verification.
• Ethical Conduct: All platform users must conduct transactions in good faith with mutual respect and full legal adherence to the Registration Act and Transfer of Property Act.

6. Data Retention & User Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023, you have the right to review, update, or request permanent erasure of your personal account data. You may delete your listed properties or profile at any time by contacting our support desk at support@3sproperty.com.
